Technical Sales Lead

About the Role

This is a leadership role with considerable inputs into the company’s overall vision, direction, and sales positioning. In this role, you will be required to source new customers and business contacts, demonstrate the technical features of our products, drive sales, and maintain strong customer relations. You will be responsible for ideating and converting core technology use cases into compelling game studios/developer sales strategies, and leading acquiring and managing game partnerships. Your responsibilities are:

  • Sourcing potential new customers
  • Identifying acquisition targets i.e game genres, geographies and user demographics and personas
  • Incorporating and managing the sales funnel for the company
  • Demonstrating the technical features and benefits of our products and overseeing integration
  • Advising customers on technology upgrades and related products
  • Composing tender documents and customer proposals
  • Generating purchase orders and sales receipts
  • Maintaining strong customer relations
  • Attending gaming conferences and seminars whenever required
  • About You

    To ensure success as a technical sales lead, you should have strong proficiency in communication and knowledge of technical products, a passion for sales. Ultimately, a top-class technical sales lead who drives business by understanding the needs of the game developers and providing them with the right product choices.

  • Master’s degree in business administration or related field is preferable
  • 4+ years of industry experience in sales
  • Strong knowledge of technical products in the gaming industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to meet sales and commission targets
  • Experience building business development strategies, and identifying tools & trends to drive game revenues and engagement
  • Experience with tools like: hubspot, salesdash, salesforce (CRM and sales analytics tools)
  • An understanding of Frontend Game Engines like Unity, Unreal, Godot etc is preferable
